Deputy Manager

My passion has always been in Early Years, and I thrive to ensure that all children not only have an enjoyable experience whilst being at the nursery but that they are supported to achieve all they can within their development, ensuring they have the necessary skills for school and beyond.

Being a Nursery Manager has many challenges, but it is also a very rewarding role, this is not a job role for me it is a lifetime career.

I believe that children teach us just as much as we teach them! I love watching the children enjoy the experiences we offer here at Bright Minds and seeing them grow and develop. I am passionate about all the children in my care and enjoy shaping the young minds of the children of our future.

I have been part of Bright Minds journey since it opened in 2018. I work alongside an amazing team and continue to progress my professional development in a managerial position. My aim is to support and guide my staff team into delivering outstanding childcare to ensure that every child that attends our setting has the very best start in life.

I am also the nursery setting’s SENCO which enables me to support and guide children with Special Educational Needs. I am also the Health and Safety Officer and the named Designated Safeguarding Lead.

I run a busy nursery where no two days are the same and every day makes me smile. I pride myself in having strong parent partnership and have built good relationships with parents and my team over the years.

To further my development, I am working towards a Level 5 in leadership and management within childcare.

I look forward to welcoming you and your family into our beautiful nursery which we call home!
